Fees
Quote the fee, gross and net for a deposit or withdrawal before you act on it,
using the exact engine that settles the transaction (volume tiers, per-workspace
overrides, per-chain minimum fee). Use mode: gross_up to compute the amount your
customer must send so you net a target value. Quotes are indicative, the binding
fee is computed at settlement.
A workspace under a negotiated monthly minimum commitment reads it, and the current
month’s progress, with GET /commitment. Read-only by design: a commitment is set up by
CowriePay on a signed contract, never subscribed to from the API.
